Terms of service.

These terms cover BFNG’s paid setup and monthly support for trade enquiry recovery systems.

Service

BFNG provides missed-call capture, quote/callback forms, callback reminder configuration, simple lead tracking and enquiry reporting for trade businesses.

Upfront setup

The setup fee covers audit, message writing, form/page setup, routing checks, lead board configuration, reminder/follow-up configuration, test enquiries, handover and post-launch checks.

Installation scope

Installation timing and deliverables are confirmed after the audit and after BFNG receives the required access, business details and approval. Any stated installation window covers agreed setup work only and does not guarantee revenue, job volume or customer response.

Monthly subscription

The monthly subscription covers ongoing service access, checks, reporting, light edits, maintenance and support as described in the chosen plan.

Customer responsibility

The trade business remains responsible for calling leads back, marking job outcomes where needed, complying with its own customer obligations and keeping contact details accurate.
